U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Civil Works Program

The Energy and Water Development Act of 2010 was signed into law by President Obama on October 28, 2009, providing $5.4 billion in funding for the Corps of Engineers Civil Works program as follows:

• Construction - $2.031 billion

• Operation and Maintenance - $2.4 billion

• Investigations - $160 million

• Mississippi River & Tributaries - $340 million

• Regulatory - $190 million

• FUSRAP - $134 million
